This notice is provided by Antikacı Kanbur under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).

What data we process

This website keeps no accounts and uses no cookies to track you. When you contact us via WhatsApp or phone, we process your name, phone number and the information you share about your booking request (dates, number of guests, etc.).

Why

Your data is used only to respond to your booking request, plan your stay and meet our legal obligations (including guest registration). It is not shared with third parties for marketing.

About WhatsApp

The contact buttons on this site open the WhatsApp app. Communication over WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp LLC's own privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site traffic. It sets no cookies and does not track you individually.

Third-party content

The location and house pages include an embedded Google Map. When the map loads, Google may process data such as your IP address and browser information and may set cookies, under its own policies. That processing is Google's; see the Google Privacy Policy for details. The rest of the page works without the map.

Our booking links open WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta; any conversation there is subject to Meta's own terms.
